Corporate Sponsorship Booklet

We are selling sponsorships throughout a sports park to local and regional corporate business partners.

Something clean that clearly communicates (#1) the value (number of visitor and resident impressions, the popularity of youth sports, reaching families, etc.) and (#2) a summary of the advertising/sponsorship opportunities presented in a clear manner with pricing.

Our current sponsorship packet is too long at 11 pages and too wordy. I'd like a document that is more "designed" and professional looking which presents the information and benefits clearly. It should be a document we can edit (Word, Publisher, Canva) as sponsors change and opportunities are "sold". I'd also like to be able to update the pricing.
