Create "Lead Without Limits" podcast cover art

It is a self development company offering coaching, courses and community focused on helping women who are looking to move up in their career and learn leadership skills but we focus on their belief that they can and show them how to take small actions to feel confident

I need a podcast cover created for my new podcast called "Lead Without Limits". The podcast is for women in the multifamily industry and beyond helping them with leadership skills and advance their careers and opportunities. Here are my brand colors in my logo currently but am open to perhaps adding a dark blue or gray. Black - 1b1b1b, ornage FA6602, white Fafafa. I have also attached my logo for your reference but do not want / need it on the cover. I want something more than just my picture and regular font and I dont want it to necessarily look like my current podcast cover.

You could use my picture or not. I am not sure I have a preference right now.
