Creative social media as for innovative real estate project investments

We are a real estate development firm. We buy under-utilized office buildings, and renovate them into apartments. Our target audience is wealthy individuals who want to invest money into the purchase and transformation of these buildings.

We want to create ads for a social media ad campaigns -- particularly for Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin. I've brainstormed and drafted the general creative direction we want to go -- see these Google Slides for guidance, in which I have included some design drafts, notes, and thoughts: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1_ckkF25QvRmloghk8D2sTAvlRkq9lQSwwLEL5oEgOhU/edit?usp=sharing I think some of the images (created with AI) in the Slides are already pretty good, but would still need to be modified in order to clean them up, modify them to flow better, and format the corresponding text. Ideally, we'd get a few different versions that try different angles and designs, which we can then test to see what works best. Given that we want to ultimately test multiple designs, we may award multiple winners. I'm open to either: 1. using the current images as the base, which is then modified to be more streamlined / personalized / formatted to include text 2. Instead, draft up totally new designs that you like better and think are more compelling.

We're still refining the appropriate text copy to include in the ad -- don't worry about the exact text, just try to format it such that the ad includes text headlines and any appropriate subtext. Please submit your designs in an editable format so that we can modify the text down the road.
