We work with buyers and sellers of luxury resort real estate at Lake Tahoe, NV. Our resort area is surrounded by snow capped peaks and one of the largest alpine lakes in the world. We would love to capture the lake and mountains in our logo and would also consider something that has 'S' 'T' for the logo. We need something that will appeal to luxury home buyers and sellers that are from the San Francisco Bay Area. The average price for a luxury home in our area is $1.5million and go up to $100million.

Front elevation 3d perspective with accurate finish materials and lifelike appearance. This contest is for the front architectural drawing only. No logo thanks. Would love some landscape color to dress it up if possible but needs to be appropriate for Lake Tahoe region. Not palm trees or oak trees. Think giant pine and cedar trees and day Lillie’s as accents. Some green ground cover holly is native. Landscape lighting and twilight effect preferred with maybe sunset shadowing on the structure. Samples below noted with "front" are from actual design of this home that we want to use. All others are for finish details only. This home is in the forest at Lake Tahoe and has very large trees - see samples for existing landscape & trees for scale. We may add some color with things like day lily's or ground cover to dress this up, but no grass (this is the mountains!). See sample with Trevor notes for specifics we are after. I realize this is a lot of little details all placed on a single elevation. We are after photo-realistic final version to sell this home as-is with the plans and the vision of what can be built out.
