Encore Living with Dr. Thor is a podcast for people in midlife—especially empty nesters—who are ready for a fresh start. The show inspires listeners to reinvent themselves, discover new purpose, and embrace their “encore” years with energy and confidence. The tone is warm, empowering, and forward-looking. My audience is primarily women and men ages 45–65 who are navigating life transitions, such as kids leaving home, career changes, or seeking a new sense of meaning.

I'm launching a podcast called Encore Living with Dr. Thor, and I'm looking for fresh, professional, eye-catching cover art that will pop on podcast platforms. The show is aimed at people in midlife—especially empty nesters—who are seeking reinvention, purpose, and new energy for their next chapter.
