What's your vision?

I have an "e-book" that I would like designed. It will be a free e-book that will be downloaded on my site as a lead magnet. It is now a 32 page Word documents. I expect it to be longer when the design is complete.

I've attached designs by others that I like. I'm looking for fun, bold and illustrative style. My document that I need designed is the Word Document attached. It has images embedded in it. I can provide the jpg upon request.
