Scale Architects is a premium boutique coaching firm that helps founders and leaders build scalable organizations using the Predictable Success framework, guiding them from startup chaos to sustainable growth with less stress. Our podcast, "The Secrets of the High-Demand Coach," reveals stage-specific secrets for founders to succeed at every step of their journey—from pre-launch to post-exit—through 10-20 minute interviews with seasoned coaches. There are a lot of podcasts for entrepreneurs, but none of them (except ours) grow with you. We arrange all our episodes by the stage the founder is in, so they can just check out the episodes that match their stage. AND when they reach their next stage, there's a whole new set of episodes awaiting them! The very center of our target audience is primarily U.S. founders in stages 3-5 (10+ employees, $1M+ revenue) who are still leading their businesses or nonprofits, aiming to scale profitably, reduce stress, and balance hard work with an enjoyable life. It also appeals to pre-founders (stage 1), entrepreneurs (stage 2), and some exit-bound founders (stage 6), with a secondary nod to nonprofit leaders. These are ambitious, growth-oriented individuals, often 35-65, seeking actionable wisdom delivered with a friendly, light-hearted tone.

I need podcast cover art that reflects the rebranded identity of the podcast we are rebranding FROM "The Secrets of the High-Demand Coach" TO "The Start, Scale & Succeed Podcast" The design should be bold, professional, and approachable, capturing the essence of a structured, growth-focused journey for founders. I envision a clean, modern layout with: Title: The title, "The Start, Scale & Succeed Podcast" (OR "Start, Scale & Succeed" if that offers additional artistic possibilities) will be prominently displayed. Subtitle: The Founder's Roadmap for Success in Every Stage Imagery: Something bright and punchy that will stand out in a podcast feed. It can include a picture of me as the host. It can be animated. Colors: Professional yet vibrant tones (e.g., navy blue, gold, white) to convey trust, ambition, and clarity. Host Name: "Scott Ritzheimer" included, possibly smaller, to personalize it. The art should be square (standard podcast size, 3000x3000px), legible at thumbnail scale, and versatile for digital platforms (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify). Here are a few things I've learned I do like: - Bright blue backgrounds (but don't limit yourself to only this) - Subtle gradients and drop shadows - big bold titles, particularly those that focus on "scale & succeed" without overly de-emphasizing start - keeping the word podcast somewhere in the design, especially if you use "the" in the title - full-height photos (even if they extend slightly beyond the top) - I like using the logo as the A in SCALE. monochrome, matching the text color. Here are a few things I've learned I don't like. Please avoid them in your designs. - I don't like the embossed gold look especially on text. - I don't like including my photo at less than half the overall height. (I don't have a great standing photo but can get one (I've added some shots from me speaking to my photos folder. You can use these even if as a placeholder) - My logo makes for a lousy background/watermark. - I don't like complexity or busyness. In many cases, the simpler the better. - Generally, I don't like solid white backgrounds. - I don't like animations of people, especially when they have caricatured proportions.
