Design a Vacation Rental Management Postcard for the FL Keys - Appeal to Property Owners

We are a full house brokerage firm located in Key Largo, FL. We specialize in managing short-term rentals in Key Largo at Mariner's Club & Resort. We manage properties for short-term rentals, such as VRBO. Because we are a full brokerage we also offer discounted listings to our owner's in the event they want to sell their short-term rental. We will list their property for 1% (for the seller side) on both the Florida Keys and Miami MLS boards.

We would like a postcard made to go out to second homeowners offering to manage their vacation rental for them. The goal of the postcard is to get the owners to make the switch from their current property management company to VRNR, LLC (stands for Vacation Rentals & Real Estate). We want to showcase to owners that they can increase their rental revenue by 50 - 100% if they leave their current property management company and sign with us. We do this by providing an exceptional experience to future potential guests and by working with dynamic pricing to ensure your property is always competitively priced - making it more enticing to rent for a short-term stay. Lastly, we already manage a hand-full of short-term rental properties at Mariner's Club & Resort in Key Largo but we want to expand our business.

I have attached professional photos of the current units that we manage at Mariner's Club & Resort plus aerial shots of the resort that includes all amenities - marina, tennis, game room, grotto, largest pool in all of Key Largo and Indoor Pickleball court. The resort is on the ocean. There are approximately 130 units at the club and I will be sending a postcard to each and every owner - asking them to make the switch. Maybe we also say that the first booking is free of the management fee? Just a thought.
