Facebook post visual design for a love story

I want to design a facebook post visual for a story that I publish on my facebook fanpage - www.facebook.com/relaxmorning (see the first pinned post). Currently I am using a copyright free image which I edited with photoshop to add the story and episode name, but I want to design one that suits the style of my page and match my story (it's a love story happened in the UK 10 years ago). I like the Korean illustrations thus I've been reposting them stating the artist name, but for this love story I want to have an unique visual that represents it.

Name of the story, and a place for me to edit the episode name.
