We are a small online retailer of baby and children's products. We sell mainly on Amazon and need help with designing a children's book.

We need a children's book illustrated and designed to include with our foam mat and box. We wrote a really simple book that's also a game to include with our children's foam play mat. There's 9 animal cut-outs in the children's play mat and we're including a book in the package that has the children find the animals and return them to the forest (box the mat comes in). We have the book written, but we need it formally put together with some minor illustrations included on the cover. The inside pictures can be copied from our animals we already had designed. They will be silhouettes with some face illustrations added. We're looking for the designers feedback on the whether to illustrate the animals inside the book or keep them just as silhouettes just like the play mat. The size and color of the animals in the book should be the same as in the play mat. The book will be hard cover and 12" x 12". There's a total of 12 pages and extremely simple. If there's any necessary language that we need inserted into the cover page or at the end we would like to know. The cover of the book could be close to the picture we currently have or it can be like the photo I uploaded with hand drawn pine trees.

I included our children's play mat illustrations that show each animal shape and color. You can just copy that for the animals inside the book and maybe add a cute face to the animals? We're not sure on that yet, so we're looking for ideas. The pine trees drawing on the cover should be colored though. I uploaded a photo of a concept for pine tree drawings that we like. I also uploaded a few photos of book covers that we like as inspiration. I also attached our logo docs to be included on the cover. I included the color code documents for the logo and play mat so you can match them. Please let me know if you have any questions. We respond twice daily to all questions.
