Late night cookie shop seeking a re-design of their digital TV menu board

We are a late-night dessert concept, specializing in freshly baked warm cookies. We also sell gelato and make our own oat milks and milk teas.

We have two Digital TV menu boards. Our current menu was created in-house using Canva. Over time, we have added more items to our menu and it is now cluttered with alot of text. We are looking for help to refresh our menu to create something that is more polished, visually appealing (uses our pictures), and easy for customers to understand. Currently, on one TV we have our Cookie Menu. Our Monster size cookies are our signatures large cookies. Our Munchie size cookies are our smaller, traditional sized cookies. We also have a leftover program where we sell cookies from the night before at a discount. On the second TV, we have a menu that features our drink and gelato menu. We make in-house oat milks and oat milk teas, hot beverages, and sell bottled beverages. We also sell "Oat Milk Gelato". It used to be only sold by the pint, but now we are selling it by the scoop (cup), as a BYO ice cream sandwich, and as a sundae (one scoop on top of a cookie). I have attached pictures of both of our current menu's. Please note these are digital menu boards that are displayed at our store and are not print menus.

We have two 32" Roku Tv's. The Tv's are a bit smaller than other places, so you should try not to put too much small text on the slides. Our TV's are both mounted horizontally, so the menu slides should be horizontal. If you can provide an editable file that will work on Canva when finished that would be great. We want to be able to have the ability to adjust pricing if needed. It is not necessary to use every single picture attached. However, we definitely want to have a picture of the ice cream products and the in-house oat milk/milk teas. One of the most common questions asked is about the difference between the 'Monster' cookies (the big ones) and the 'Munchie' cookies (the small ones), it would be nice to have a menu that makes that clear to customers. (Our packs are the core sellers of our menu, so we want to emphasize those to customers.) Ideally, we do not plan to show a picture of every single cookie flavor on the menu because that would require alot of maintenance since we change our flavors alot. I would also like the menu to have a white background. I think that will make it brighter and easier to read. The brand colors are the same that are found in the 'current' menus we uploaded (black, blue, purple, white). If you are able to create any animations on the slides that would be an added bonus. Currently, our process is we edit the slides on Canva, save them as a JPEG picture file onto a USB, and then insert the USB into our roku tv.
