Magazine design/layout needed from a rock star designer

I run a high level CEO Peer Group/Mastermind that targets the best rehabbers and flippers in the united states

I am hacving what is a small newsletter created but I want a magazine look and feel versus the old "buy it in a box" template. I also want it to feel congruent with my brand, so that when someone visits my site located at www.TheCollectiveGenius.com that the newsletter/magazine feels congruent and it is apparent there is a brand

I hired a company that will be doing the writing for this publication and they have some junior designers that work their and they took a shot at designing this but I was not happy with it. At all.
