Description of the product
We are a family owned farming and ranching operation that also has a meat processing plant, where we take our OWN animals that are humanely and ethically raised without antibiotics or hormones, and grow/raise them on grass fed pastures before they are finished on grain. We then harvest them and allow them to dry age to bolden the flavor and texture before our master butchers hand cut and craft each steak, where it is packaged and sent. It is as close to farm-to-table as possible. Our Slogan: Heartland Raised. Home Delivered.
