What is dunanda? Is an outdoor/adventure brand startup specializing in lightweight, stretchy, adventure belts (very similar to https://arcadebelts.com/). Where Does The Name dunanda Come From? It’s the name of a waterfall in Yellowstone National Park. Who is our Target Audience? Our belts appeal to the general adventure/outdoor/traveler; primarily men. We want to place some emphasis on designs that would fit well in a surf shop and appeal to this audience.

We are just starting to establish our line of pattern belts. This contest is the first of more to come (please see google doc in "other" section). This contest is for: THE PALM (1 & 2 are the same design, just different colors) Design1: Large Palm leaves Black / Gray Tone on Tone Design2: Large Palm leaves Navy / Blue Tone on Tone NOTE: The belt width is 1.5" **I want a simple repeatable palm leaf pattern more "zoomed" in on the leafs. Please see my example/concept in image named "thepalm-1-2.png"** I want two different color variations of this 1. black belt, palm leafs dark grey, tone on tone (i'm also open to a dark grey belt with black leafs) 2. Navy belt, palm leafs darker blue or lighter blue, tone on tone Print techniques (see google doc); Jacquard Weave or Printing on the fabric; I'd say this palm design would be best to "print on fabric"
