I am an executive leadership coach who specializes in working with leaders who are struggling with underperformance, overwhelm and burnout. They want to find a 'new way' of living and change their life at work and at home. I support them to go from burned out to fired up!

I would like a podcast thumbnail/podcast cover art for my new podcast: The Brave New Way Leadership Podcast. I will be discussing all topics as it relates to burnout at work and home, how to overcome it and find clarity. One of my big premises is that the modern world is not kind to us having and maintaining clarity in our lives and therefore, feeling overwhelmed and burned out isn't a moral failing on the individual's part. But we do need a ruthless precision to keep it together. If we don't know what we truly want, the world will be all to happy to tell us what that is. I want the thumbnail for the podcast to be vibrant, inspiring and also fun. I would describe my approach as one that is bold, inspiring, heartfelt and funny.

I have the colors for business branding and if those can be incorporated in some way to bring coherence that would be great but I am not tied to that. I've attached two ways in which my business branding images are used in my branding either as concentric circles or as a 'cone' of circles.
