These services get pilots hired at United States legacy airlines like United, Delta, American, Southwest, Frontier, UPS, FedEx, etc. We are experts in navigating and leveraging the loopholes and gaps in the pilot hiring process. Unlike pump-and-dump pilot resume and interview prep companies that are unconcerned with client outcomes, Raven considers each pilot’s individual needs. Because the pilot hiring process is long, confusing, and unclear, we invest in the long-term to make the hiring process and their lives, easier by answering questions and providing strategy wherever needed. Every service we provide is conducted one-on-one (very personalized), we have dedicated customer service staff available to answer questions via phone, text, and email 7 days a week and keep service timelines on track. We are extremely flexible with pilot schedules so clients can meet with their advisors on a timeline that fits within the clients own personal availability.

We want a 10 foot x 10 foot convention center booth designed for two pilot hiring conventions we will be attending this year. This booth will be designed to attract new potential clients who don't know who Raven is or what Raven does (brand awareness). We will also use this space to meet with existing clients to check in with them on their progress as they meet with airline recruiters.
