The target audience is athletic trainers. Our product is a mobile application that turns your mobile device into an FDA cleared medical device for assessing concussions. It's used by over 7000 athletic trainers in the United States.

Creative Brief: Booth Design for 99designs Competition Project Overview We are looking for a dynamic and professional booth design that aligns with the sporty and innovative brand identity of Sway Medical. The booth will be used for events and conferences, emphasizing our tagline: "Mobile Concussion Management." The design should be clean, engaging, and visually communicate our key offerings in concussion assessment and management. It should maintain consistency with our existing brand style, as seen on our website: www.swaymedical.com. The booth setup consists of two primary elements: Backdrop Banner – 120 inches wide by 90 inches tall Edge Banner – 33 inches wide by 78 inches tall Design Deliverables & Specifications 1. Backdrop Banner (120" W x 90" H) Primary Heading: "Mobile Concussion Management" (large and prominent) Style: Clean, sporty, and professional, in line with Sway Medical’s branding Images: Primary Image: An athletic trainer administering a balance test to an athlete on the sideline (provided images for selection) Optional Secondary Image: A baseline testing session with multiple athletes on an indoor football field (if it enhances the design) Colors & Fonts: Must align with Sway Medical’s current brand guidelines Other Considerations: Keep the design uncluttered, with a strong focus on the messaging and visual impact 2. Edge Banner (33" W x 78" H) Content to Highlight (from provided flyer): Baseline Testing: Takes 20 minutes Sideline Evaluations: Take 5 minutes Mention "Return to Play" Image: Preferably the sideline evaluation picture (not used on the backdrop banner) Design: Should complement the backdrop but also stand out on its own Call-to-Action: Could include the Sway Medical logo and a website URL for more information Design Style & Branding Sporty, modern, and professional Consistent with Sway Medical’s existing brand identity High visibility and readability from a distance Minimal clutter, with strong visual hierarchy Additional Notes for Designers The booth should clearly communicate what Sway Medical does at a glance. The backdrop is the main attention grabber, while the edge banner should reinforce key details. Use bold typography and ensure high contrast for readability in busy event settings. Incorporate brand colors and fonts as seen on our website. If additional space is available, you may incorporate subtle design elements (e.g., icons, motion blur, or abstract sporty graphics).
