Toji Modern Bathhouse 3D room design

Toji is a San Francisco based Luxury private bathhouse. We have 4 rooms of about 20ft by 20ft, with a staff room, front desk etc for a total of around 2500 feet. Each room must have a hot tub of about 400 gallons for 4 people, an adjacent lukewarm 2-4 person pool, a sauna for at least 2 and a cold plunge for one individual. We are visually very inspired by Bali and Japanese architecture, with heavy focus on polished concrete, minimalist design, wood slats and a clean luxurious esthetic. We're aiming for a luxury audience and groups of guests from 1-4 per room We do not have an actual location yet

A 3d rendering of the room we're planning to offer based on the floor plan provided as well as the design concept photos. The complete list of features is in one of the pictures as well: One well made design and/or multiple floor plan arrangements accepted - Please submit 3d files as well as images - Considering price award, we do not expect AAA level textures at this stage but best looking design will obviously win Each room must have - Shower area - Modesty area for changing - Lounge/bench area with a coffee table or some place to put down a drink and phone - Hot tub - Mid temperature pool - Sauna (2pax min) - Walk in cold plunge (not ice, ~19c) - Towel rack and storage - Two Beauty station - seat, mirror, etc - TV flush with wall, observable from most of the room - displaying art when unused Room factors - Must have natural light - High ceilings strongly preferred - Social friendly - someone in hot tub must be able to talk to couch or sauna - hot tub and Luke cool area should be flush with ground or have a wide edge to easily lounge on when wanting to not be fully submerged "sitting on the sides" Infrastructure - Sound system - connectable for people to play own music - Controllable HVAC - Intercom system (maybe simply walkie talkies) - Floor drains - Lounge area slightly elevated compared to relaxing area to reduce splash - Assume no windows, assume that you have access to lightwells from the ceiling, and assume 20ft ceilings
