YT Chan & Banner catering to US mil active duty, vets/disabled vets & family & VA disab benefits

I need to create a you tube page and need assistance with design ideas to include but not limited to the banner etc. It should be a patriotic theme with a focus on US military active duty, veterans, disabled veterans and surviving dependents. The channel provides information to these groups of individuals about US Department of Veterans Affairs Disability Compensation and Pension benefits as well as Survivors Benefits.

The logo and attached PDF files that relates to the following documents must be included in the design: 1. VAF 21-526ez, Application for Disability Benefits 2. DD-214 Certificate of Release From Active Duty 3. Progress Notes 4. Compensation and Pension Exam 5. VA Letter 6. VA Rating Decision (blue paper) NOTE: I would like the attached logo and attached PDF documents in the YT Banner section. My initial thought is to stagger the documents in some fashion, but I would like the viewer's attention drawn to specific words on these documents and not necessarily the whole document if possible. For instance, I would like the top half of the page for the DD214 to stand out so the words "DD214..... Certificate of Release of Discharge from Active Duty......" stand out. Also, the same goes for the words "Progress Notes" on the other document. Also, the words "Compensation and Pension Exam (top half of page) to stand out for the other document. Also, the top half of the VA Letter. Also, The top half of the blue paper with a focus on the words "Department of Veterans Affairs", " Rating Decision". Finally, I would like to see how it would look with a picture of stamp and the words "VA Claim Granted!" across part of the banner but in a location that doesn't take away from the logo and or other documents and the words in the other documents that should stand out.

I will review the proposed final product to determine if there is anything to remove.
