Photo Editing

Many clients come to me with stories about how the photographer they hired did a poor job with their pictures. These clients are often worried that their special moment will not be remembered as well because their pictures are too dull, not sharp enough, not saturated enough, or simply were not cropped correctly. There are many techniques that I am trained to do to ensure that your images look their best. There are many other techniques that involve more extensive work on an image. Some examples include:

Removing or Adding a Subject: (An example would be if someone is in the picture and you want them removed, or someone missed the event and you want to add them into the picture)

This is a before and after image of an image that was taken at Universal Studios. On the left, the image looks pale, blurry, too bright, and has some unwanted objects in the lake. On the right, the image has been edited to be sharper, more saturated, more contrasted, and some objects have been edited out from the water.

Coloring a Black & White Image (This can be done with new or old images that were originally black and white, or I can remove the color from and image and then recolor it with new colors.)

This is a before and after image of an image that was taken in the 1920s. The orginal image was black and white, so I used my best guess to image what color everything might have been based on historical fashion and design.

 

Creating a Card from an Image (An example would be if you wanted a wedding invitation using an image of the couple, or if you want to create a professional-looking graduation announcement)

Skin Corrections: (An example would be if you have a close-up image and one of the subjects has a blemish or oily skin and you want it smoothed out. We can also apply artificial make-up.)

Body Retouching: This is used to reshape the body to different dimensions.

 

Video Editing

Video editing is used in many different circumstances. No matter what the occasion, as long as you have video recordings, images, and audio that you want edited together, I can get the job done. I can add animations, transitions, name titles, subtitles, and many other options.
